About the Business Convergence Centre

The BCC is located at Avaya's UK headquarters building along with the Customer Care Centre, Managed Care Services, Avaya Labs, and the Centre of Excellence. This means that a visit to the BCC can easily be combined with a tour of the labs or the customer care centre.

The Guildford building is a showcase for our technologies so customers can see the Avaya portfolio in a working environment.

The full portfolio of Avaya products and solutions is available for demonstration. Strategic briefings can also be accommodated and, as usual, all briefings can be customized to fulfill the customer's expectations.

In addition to the briefing rooms and demo area, the centre offers a private customer office/meeting room with international dialing, analogue lines, high-speed Internet connection and incoming/outgoing fax facilities. A full range of refreshments (breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks) can be served in the briefing centre or in the staff restaurant located just next door.
