At the request of a number of our resellers we have now updated our standard terms and conditions.
All sales of Crane's products and services are now made subject to these terms and conditions.
Please review these as they will differ from the terms and conditions applicable when you first opened an account with Crane.
Products and services supplied by Crane have changed much over recent times and these revised T & C's are intended to cover these changes.
In particular special attention is drawn to:
- The need to ensure that you and your customers comply with software licensing requirements
- The increasing care that now needs to be taken by you in assessing the network implications of installing equipment and services.
In creating these T & C's we have aimed at simplicity and fairness and have attempted to use plain and simple language.
We updated our terms and conditions on the 12th April 2006.
