This course will include:
Please note: This course only covers the provisioning of basic voice
functionality on the BCM series product range.
It includes an overview of hardware configuration, Business Element Manager programming access, Keycode licensing, ISDN2 provision, IP Phone provision, programming of Callpilot subscriber mailboxes and
Basic AutoAttendant.
Prerequisites
Because of the basic nature of the course it is recommended that the delegate has general knowledge of the telecoms industry, terminology, hardware, software and protocols e.g. Wiring, ISDN, AA etc.
To preferably have at least 1 years experience in installation and commissioning of PBX's and to be PC literate.
