Prerequisites
Because of the advanced nature of the course it is recommended that the delegate has attended BCM002 or BCM003 and be PC literate.
This course will include:
Use CallPilot Manager to set system properties.
Configure Auto Attendant.
Configure Custom Call Routing and create CCR trees
Install and configure Unified Messaging
Install and configure LAN CTE
Install and configure Personal Call Manager /Desktop Assistant
Install and use Activity Reporter
Configure Intelligent Contact Centre (ICC)
Create Agents (ICC)
Create Skillsets (ICC)
Install and configure Reporting for Contact Centre (RCC)
