Engineer Certification: SCAS

This course has been designed to train engineers in the installation and commissioning of the OfficeServ CTI Suite. This course includes all of the system setup required plus the introduction of:

• OfficeServ Link
o Integration of the telecoms server with the OfficeServ
o Licensing of OfficeServ Link for other applications
• OfficeServ Operator
o Constructing a Windows console operated system
o Running OfficeServ Link and Operator as a standalone CTI application
• OfficeServ Call
o Installation and operation of OfficeServ Call as a terminal control application
o Popping OfficeServ Call's internal contact list
o Popping Microsoft Outlook's contact list
o Dialling directly from Microsoft Outlook's contact list
• OfficeServ EasySet.
o Installing and using OfficeServ EasySet as a user's terminal programming tool

Note: Before attending this course engineers must have attained SCVA Certification.
