Crane is the UK's leading and largest distributor of convergence communications solutions, the Crane Avaya Business supports many Business Partners including all of the larger partners and employs over 40 staff directly supporting the Avaya product set. As the first Diamond accredited distributor in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East Africa) Crane lead the way in value added distribution for Avaya products. This is testament to the high levels of Avaya product knowledge and support that we can demonstrate and offer our partners.
Unlike other distributors in the UK, we have two separate divisions, SMBS (Small and Medium-sized Business Solutions) and ECG (Enterprise Communications Group) which are totally dedicated to Avaya, with account managers appointed to each and every reseller, and a support infrastructure that covers pre-sales, sales, and technical support. Whenever you need assistance, we're there to help.
In 2005 Crane won 9 awards demonstrating the company's continued success in the channel. These included a double win at the Comms Channel awards, when Crane scooped Distributor of the Year and Best Training Operation.
Furthermore, in 2006 Crane has had repeated success, winning Distributor of the Year and Best Training Operation for a consecutive year and Avaya EMEA Enterprise Distributor of the Year Award UK & Benelux.
